Hello @Xexerss. You can see page's title vs the opening + name in infobox are different. And "Magic and Muscles" is subtitle in only English version, not in Japanese, it should be refered indirectly. See also Grand Blue. Thanks .CheckVarOffside (talk) 03:56, 15 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
No need to add that for a subtitle. We prioritize the official English title of the original work to begin with. The title of the article is only called Mashle due to WP:CONCISE. Xexerss (talk) 04:18, 15 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

2023 League of Legends World Championship edits[edit]

Hi, I wanted to clarify a few things. Firstly, considering that I made the 2023 Worlds article and contribute frequently to a range of esports articles on this website, from MSI and Worlds events to team pages, it is frankly unnecessary and rude to claim that I "know nothing about the event". Wikipedia editing can be done by everyone, and your elitist attempt to this is quite disappointing. I have put in a significant amount of time into improving the esports and League of Legends sections on Wikipedia, and I won't tolerate you discrediting that.

Secondly, what basis do you have for your claim that I impose my own personal standards? Pertaining to this article, I have stated my reasonings for my edits which other editors can discuss about, but you consistently fail to do that yet you claim I impose my own way? It's not too hard to find that you have been warned about not stating your reasons for huge edits, but I could say the same thing about you imposing your own standards considering you feel that you don't have to explain yourself and dismiss my reasons as being "uninformed". The irony is palpable.

Thirdly, as I had mentioned in my reversions, the swiss table along with the "red and blue table" beneath it is redundant and repetitive in nature. Similar to the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Major Championships (e.g. Boston 2018), the results can be simply slotted onto the swiss table itself which saves unnecessary space being wasted. The side a team is in (red or blue) has no significant impact on a League of Legends series, it is not like Counter Strike and Valorant where the T and CT side differ in nature, and in Dota 2 articles you don't see a Radiant or Dire table, and I know that as I watch a decent amount of esports.

Finally, I will admit my mistake of putting the league BDS comes from is WQS, not LEC, so apologies for that, but the league should simply be LEC then and the path should not include the "Season Finals Fourth Place", as that has already been explained here. Also in the case of you making your edits based on the previous Worlds articles, you would know that the rankings table does not have the team initials included, and that goes for other esports articles which omit this information as well. Just like yourself, I edit these articles as I care about improving the section, but ultimately your snide comments and refusal to explain your edits is harmful in the long run. I appreciate you helping out with the articles and am open to further discussion, and I hope you have a good day. Thanks. SpyroeBM (talk) 03:23, 15 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
