About Technoblade picture[edit]
Can you show me the explicit permission of the author about "he agress with repost freely the image".
And also, "the author agrees the free usage of the picture ONLY in Wikipedia" argument is not valid, is needed that the file can be freely usage for everyone in anywhere in the world for being usable in Wikipedia.
And, the picture needs to be published in a copyleft or public domain license that allows commercial usage and derivative works of it, for example, a CC BY, CC BY-SA, GFDL, WTFPL license, etc. Otherwise, it can't be used freely on Wikipedia.
You can upload also pictures according to fair use, but this kind of pictures can only be used in articles, and it usage is pretty strict and specific. You can read more abot this in WP:NFCC. Sr. Knowthing ¿señor? 23:50, 20 January 2021 (UTC)
