My spelling fix was removed

https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Rocky_III&oldid=736765378

Hi,

There is a misspelled word "subcoming" in that wiki page. I corrected it to "succumbing". http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/succumb

Can my contribution be re-submitted?

Thanks, Bruce

I suggest you read the content. Her drawing showed her shedding 13 Tears not 13 years!. Regards. PS Sorry for any terseness in the revert. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.19.178.124 (talk) 21:57, 1 September 2016 (UTC)

films and others

I have listed Love on the Run (2015 film) and Sam (2015) for propsed deletion, as I can find no reviews in any reliable sources. If the prod is removed without some added, I shall take them to AfD. You reviewed them, and perhaps you should have at least marked them with tags for more sources needed and uncertain notability .

I listed The Daily Azadi for speedy as entirely promotional. You reviewed it, and perhaps you should at least have tagged it for NPOV or advertising. DGG ( talk ) 18:03, 2 September 2016 (UTC)

Dear Captain Raju, if you are unfamiliar with the English language, you may feel the changes were not "constructive". I am not new to Wikipedia and have made many, major contributions. Because I did not wish to hide my IP address, I made major changes before starting my own account. My contributions have been challenged once, but I used to train hundreds of employees for AT&T in the mid 80s and I am currently vice president of an OSHA compliance training company.

For your knowledge, here is the definition of "con·struc·tive" : kənˈstrəktiv, adjective 1. serving a useful purpose; tending to build up. "constructive criticism" synonyms: useful, helpful, productive, positive, encouraging

My changes were absolutely constructive for example; I capitalized the name of a location that according to Google Maps, SHOULD be capitalized. I also improved the flow of the language used to build your page. "English" Wikipedia should be easy for people who use the language regularly. I was not even done with your page. If you wish for it to be left alone, doesn't that defeat the purpose?

Your opinion will be greatly appreciated. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Skyntyte (talkcontribs) 11:52, 5 September 2016 (UTC)

FYROM and "Republic of Macedonia"

Information doesn't need to be constructive CAPTAIN RAJU. It needs to be accurate. Please replace the words "Republic of Macedonia" with the following: "FYROM", in all your texts, since this is the accurate name of the country. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:582:6C08:F200:3420:A936:8461:4B40 (talk) 13:26, 5 September 2016 (UTC)

Page mover granted

Hello, CAPTAIN RAJU. Your account has been granted the "extendedmover" user right, either following a request for it or demonstrating familiarity with working with article names and moving pages. You are now able to rename pages without leaving behind a redirect, and move subpages when moving the parent page(s).

Please take a moment to review Wikipedia:Page mover for more information on this user right, especially the criteria for moving pages without leaving redirect. Please remember to follow post-move cleanup procedures and make link corrections where necessary, including broken double-redirects when suppressredirect is used. This can be done using Special:WhatLinksHere. It is also very important that no one else be allowed to access your account, so you should consider taking a few moments to secure your password. As with all user rights, be aware that if abused, or used in controversial ways without consensus, your page mover status can be revoked.

Useful links:

If you do not want the page mover right anymore, post here, or just let me know. Thank you, and happy editing! Swarm 20:06, 6 September 2016 (UTC)

Hi. The IP you reverted on the Jordan Gay page is right. His middle name is Lane. I undid your edit. Regs, Yintan  22:46, 6 September 2016 (UTC)

Benson Taylor revert

Hey, I don't understand why this page keeps getting reverted back and called vandalism. I'm simply changing the structure of the language to reflect Mark Davison's working name, Benson Taylor, Bono & Professor Green's pages are structured in exactly the same way so how can this one be vandalism. I'm not experimenting, just changing it so it's more accurate. I am wrong in the changes I'm making? Thanks in advance! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.148.221.95 (talk) 10:45, 7 September 2016 (UTC)

IP, I reverted you twice because "Benson Taylor" is clearly his WP:Common name (that's why the article is titled that) and it's common practice to begin with the name of the article rather than the legal name or birth name. It's more common to begin that way than with the legal or birth name. Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 01:47, 10 September 2016 (UTC)

Thanks!

Thanks for correcting the templates on my students' pages. I totally missed seeing that myself. This class will be editing Wikipedia articles related to the history of psychology - right now they're just learning basic editing, starting with their user pages. Future help is more than welcome! Hi, can you please intervene at @Tapan Ahmed:'s reverts of my maintenance templates. The editor is not citing any reason. Thanks. Altaf (talk) 19:24, 8 September 2016 (UTC)

Chicken and the Pig

Hey Captain!

I think the breakfast sandwich is much more representative of this paradigm.

The pig in this picture is a true stakeholder, not just a contributing chicken!

Let me know! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.102.32.247 (talk) 21:38, 8 September 2016 (UTC)
