Yes, he is surely notable--and since I am not the author, I could and did remove the tag. But the article must be expanded, and it has to be done by original writing based on sources such as the web page and other sources.. See the article talk page for a explanation of why it cannot simply be copied from there. . It is important to get some other source than the web page independent of the school; but considering his distinction, there should be articles in professional magazines.
