February 2017[edit]

  • I'm turning the block up a notch to remove talk page access. They posted a little message above, but they were also quite abusive on my talk page. I can only assume that they'll just fill the page with more talk along those lines if they're allowed to have access. Since this is almost certainly Wan or one of her friends that had this account, a tip: when you're caught doing something you shouldn't, don't lie or assume that the person you're speaking to is stupid. It makes you look extremely bad and makes it that much more difficult to accomplish what you want in the future. Furthermore, coming on to someone's page and heaping abuse is also a very bad idea, as this sort of thing makes you look bad and again, makes it harder for you in the long run. While granted this is all happening on Wikipedia, I have to assume that you have or probably will do this at some point in your professional life. If you want to have a successful professional career, you need to learn how to work with people and accept failure or rejection gracefully. Not everything will work out the way you want it to and learning how to respond properly will help leave a good image with others. Pulling the things you've done here will only make it more likely that a future boss/client/etc will just nod politely and make a vow not to work with you at all in the future, especially in the entertainment world where there are hundreds upon thousands of people looking to do the same job.
