After a debate on the existence of the article has ended in a Keep result, simply blanking the article as you are doing is only going to result in you getting blocked. While I cannot promise it will get you the end result you want, I can direct you to the next proper step for you to pursue your desire to have the article removed. WP:OTRS. That is the way to appeal directly to the Wikimedia Foundation for assistance. As I said, I cannot guarantee that this appeal will get you your desired result, but I can guarantee that blanking the article will not get it for you.
