I am reverting your addition to the "Death" section in Nancy Walker. Wikipedia is not a reliable source. (See Wikipedia:WikiProject Film/Resources#Questionable resources.) Just because something appears in another WP article does not mean that it can be considered accurate for use in the current article.

If the content that you added were cited to a reliable source in the other article, you could add it by including citations to those sources. Unfortunately, as I looked at True Colors, I did not see citations for the content that you added.

I hope that you can find reliable, published sources to verify the information and then restore it to the article. Eddie Blick (talk) 01:35, 27 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Signature

[edit]

Hey, just a heads up: your signature has a typo in it which means people can't get to your talk page (it says "BornonJine8" instead "BornonJune8"). Sammi Brie (she/her • tc) 07:10, 21 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You added a couple of short citations to that article (Golenbock, Appel), but didn't provide the full citations. Could you add them please?

PS, you can also install User:Svick/HarvErrors.js as explained here to be made aware of these issues in the future. Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 02:18, 30 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Ways to improve Major League Baseball on Freeform

[edit]

Hello, BornonJune8,

Thank you for creating Major League Baseball on Freeform.

I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:

This article needs more references in order to provide significant coverage for this article. See WP:SIGCOV
References that have scores, lists, order of merit and video do not pass as reliable sources for WP:NSPORT. (There have been changes to the notability guide for sports - you may wish to read WP:NSPORT ) To meet notability requirements, one more reference with significant coverage will suffice. Thank you.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Whiteguru}}. Remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.

Delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

An article you recently created, Major League Baseball on Freeform, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Notice

The article History of the Arena Football League in Washington, D.C. has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Similar to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/History of the Arena Football League in Denver and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/History of the Arena Football League in Detroit, this is largely a copy-paste of whole sections from the respective teams' articles with no indication of the need for WP:DUPLICATE content.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

Also:

This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:00, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. Don't move such big things around without discussion (at WP:RM). In addition, you simply copied and pasted, erasing the entire history--that's also not OK, and I will have to revert you. Drmies (talk) 01:39, 28 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
