Request reason:

I was blocked because of advertising page http://www.localization-company.com/localization-companies.html, where top localization companies are listed. I have been adding numerous links to the pages, but only this one is in question. I do think that top companies might be of interest to people to a certain domain, if the above page is suspicious I would advise this page: http://www.commonsenseadvisory.com/Portals/0/downloads/120531_QT_Top_100_LSPs.pdf, or that one: https://www.gala-global.org/industry/industry-facts-and-data. I would like to ask administrators to consider the above suggestions, if any kind of list of companies on a certain domain are allowed to be linked from a wikipedia page. If it is not allowed, I will follow this rule in the future. If an agreement is reached upon the subject above, I would like to ask if the unblocking of my account is a possibility
