That's great. Well, one comment I can give you, although it is not necessary but per consistency, is to add WP:ALT text to the images. But in general it looks good. The instructions how to nominate it are listed at WP:FLC, just follow the instructions. Also, I recommend you to contact Joseph A. Spadaro (talk · contribs), who has become the main contributor, just in case you are asked about his opinion at FLC. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 85th Academy Awards, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ross Williams (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

84th Academy Awards

Hi Birdienest. When an FLC is closed successfully, there is no need to relist the page at WP:FLC. There is a bot that comes along and does most of the work after a director lists the page at WP:FL and on the featured log. I see the star is already on the list, so I don't understand the purpose of the relist. Congratulations on guiding the list through FLC, by the way. Giants2008 (Talk) 19:28, 20 May 2013 (UTC)

Congratulations ! You did a very good job, and you gave yourself a present. Don't worry, the bot eventually will update talk page projects and its history, but it take some hours to do so. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 22:32, 20 May 2013 (UTC)

RE: Book citations

Firat you need to have a "Notes"/"Bibliography" section after or before the "References" section. If it is just one page use {{cite book}} to have it in the "References", if not use it as it follows. You will add your {{citation}} (s) with all the possible information you have, especially title, isbn, author(s), publisher(s), year, page(s), edition and year. These citations will be between a {{Refbegin}} and a {{Refend}}.

If the cite will be used more than once, use "<ref name>", if not just use "<ref>". Then add the template {{Harvard citation no brackets}} (shortened as "harvnb"), the parameters can be seen in its documentation and it should be like this when it is one author: {{harvnb|Cosgrave|2007|p=1}}, being Cosgrave the last name of the author, 2007 the year it was published, and p the page the information cited is found. That's it, the last name, year and page(s) will appear at the Ref section, wikilinked, and that Wl will lead the reader automatically to the notes/biblio section. If it was not clear enough feel free to contact me again or check 1st Academy Awards references. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 08:49, 26 June 2013 (UTC)

81st Academy Awards

The bot that performs the final step of closing FLCs is sometimes a little slow to react to new promotions; it runs on a set schedule and the star may take a few days to appear. Don't worry about this; it will show up at the top of the article soon. Giants2008 (Talk) 19:35, 15 July 2013 (UTC)

Suggestion

Hey, I just wanted to give you a suggestion about you're work on the Academy Awards (which are ammazing). If I were you, I would really foucus on the acting categories since Academy Award for Best Actress had 197,981 views in the pass 90 days and 84th Academy Awards had 25,608 views. Its just a suggestion, but If you are considering, It would be my pleasure to help. SoapFan12 Talk page here smile 15:25, 23 July 2013 (UTC)

RERE: Suggestion: Hey, This is great news, and yes August or September, would be awesome and I would love to co-mom with you. Just to let you know, I am not that great on doing leads, since I am very terrible at prose (espically for the Academy Awards ones), though I am really great at doing the rest of the essentials. I look forward to work with you! SoapFan12 Talk page here smile 16:51, 23 July 2013 (UTC)

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to 62nd Academy Awards may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "[]"s and 2 "{}"s likely mistaking one for another. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Oscar for Best Actor

I will start working on it now. Thanks for the support! Btw, can you give comments on my FLC?  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 23:50, 27 August 2013 (UTC)

Hey also, can you be in charge of the prose and I'll be with the main table, since it is my specialty?  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 02:13, 28 August 2013 (UTC)

Okay and awesome! I look forward to work with you! Thankss!  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 02:07, 29 August 2013 (UTC)

Btw, I have completed the main table. Is there anything I can do, I know you said that you're cool with doing the prose and images. Anything I could help with?  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 03:20, 29 August 2013 (UTC)

Hi there. I was wondering if the superlatives are needed? I think they are but the part with supporting actor is useless, this category is best actor. Should I remove it?  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 20:28, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
Hey, I have removed and correct everything. Btw, is there any changes you don't agree on? Also, the only thing left to do is te infobox and lead. I will work on the infobox and you will on the lead? I am sorry if I am suggesting you to do lead, its because my first language isn't English therefore I can not write perfectly but what I can say is look at my work on the Daytime Emmy Awards lists, one paragraph about rules and changements and second about records and achivement. The lead is just suppose to covered every section in the article. I wish you luck! But you don't need sice, you're amazing, wonderful, awesome work on the Academy Awards and I can't wait to make into a FL status with you!  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 20:54, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
Btw, you forgot to add Alt text to the images, do you want me to do it, so you can focus on the prose/lead?  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 21:06, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
Sure. I have no problem with it! I am excited however you need to tell when to do it, so we do not end up in a edit conflict. Also, have you read my previous message about what needed in the lead, if you haven't I would really appreciate it! Thanks!  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 21:11, 29 August 2013 (UTC)

Fantastic job on the lead! Are you ready to put into FLC? If you are, who is going to initiate the nomination?  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 20:21, 31 August 2013 (UTC)

40th Daytime Emmy Awards

Hi there, I have a favor to ask you, I have been working on 40th Daytime Emmy Awards. I tried my best to make it seem like you're wonderful work for the Oscars lists. I was wondering if you could check it out? Do whatever you want with it (remove unneeded sentences, add stuff etc...)? I see that you are online, therefore can you do it now? Also, why did you put AMPAS in italics there are not meant to be italics however lets hope the reviewers do not see that miskates but if they do, I am sorry but that on you. You will be fixing it.  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 18:04, 1 September 2013 (UTC)

Citing sources using ProQuest

BN81, I've been lucky enough to have access to ProQuest through my college the last few years (that's coming to an end next summer). When I've used the site in the past, I've just formatted the references like they were straight paper sources, with page numbers and all the usual information. I don't tend to include urls, since for paper sources they aren't mandatory in any way. As long as the reader can locate the article through ProQuest or another service, you've done your job. Otherwise, I format the references as I normally would, with date, author, title, and publisher. Since I don't use an online link, I exclude access dates for articles I find on ProQuest; the site is stable anyway. The most important thing is to include a page number when possible, to help the reader locate the article; ProQuest won't always give you one, but it's good to have when it does. Re:Academy for Best Actor

Hey, thanks for finding what to do with for the ref columns. I have decided to wait to nominate this list sine I have three articles I have been working on way before this list, so I do not believe that we should nominated until these three have been dealt with. Is that okay?  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 18:37, 10 September 2013 (UTC)

RE: 62nd Oscars (1990)

I have just made a review of your nomination for the 64th Academy Awards. May I ask in return a review of this nomination? It is also a list of awards, so even if it is from another country it should be close to the topic you are familiar with Cambalachero (talk) 01:21, 21 September 2013 (UTC)

Citing e-Book sources

An e-book strikes me as a gray area in citing, for the reasons you described. I don't read with them myself, so I'm not 100% sure how to do this in a way that complies with our guidelines. You could try counting pages yourself and putting the page numbers in based off of that, or perhaps attempt to track down a print version of the book, if one exists. If neither of those options is possible, there's not much you can do other than explain the situation if the article in question goes to an FLC. An e-book should be as valid a source as any other, and it can't be helped if no easy way of pagination exists. Giants2008 (Talk) 02:14, 2 October 2013 (UTC)
