Hello, I'm doing my peer review here because I don't want to interfere with the content on your sandbox. You did an excellent job and I really can't think of any content that is missing given that I know very little about the topic myself. It is also very well-written; I only found two minor typos on the whole page. Great job and good luck! JWamsley (talk) 05:14, 13 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, You did a really great job. It is incredibly easy to follow and well written. I just have a few suggestions.

      * I would introduce the abbr. for leucine zipper domain (LZ) right after the full name.
      * Because of the way you use the abbr. in your description of the structure, I would organize that section
            -DBD
            -TAD
            -RD
            - then the LZ domains. But I do not know as much about the subject, and you may have a better reason why you organized it this way.
     * In the "Function" Section I think "This pathway is induced not only by temperature stress, but also by a variety of other stressors such as hypoxic conditions and exposure to contaminants" would read better "This pathway is induced by not only temperature stress, but also a variety of other..."
      * In "Clinical significance" section:
            - "conditions have recently been shown..." - "conditions have been recently sho..."

It was enjoyable to read and I learned something!
