Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that in this edit to Taleh, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 01:14, 8 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Yes this part was a mistake, I meant to edit another part of it. Binglebarry (talk) 01:34, 8 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Sources needed

[edit]

I have looked at your recent edits and you are not making source-based edits, only writing your own arguments. Some of your edits are even destructive. Always indicate the source of information when writing in Wikipedia. Freetrashbox (talk) 21:09, 9 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Nope, majority of my edits are corrections of people changing city and town locations. I clearly don't need to source it because there is a clear map they says where the cities are truly located. An example of this would be a city like Erigabo in Somaliland borders while being controlled by the JSL government and Military. Many people have edited this city to be located in Puntland (A autonomous state under Somalia). The problem with that is the Puntland Government nor Somali (Somalia) government had any true presence and or control over that Region being the state of Sanaag. I hope this satisfies your concerns.
Thank You Binglebarry (talk) 22:08, 9 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You have removed the "Notable residents" statement in this edit, how do you explain? Freetrashbox (talk) 23:37, 9 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The first man was only born in Talex. He died in Mogadishu and his resting place is in Garowe. And the seconds mans personal wikipedia page says he lives in Garowe. This can all be found on their pages. Binglebarry (talk) 05:44, 10 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Then it should be changed to "Notable people". The information should not be erased. Freetrashbox (talk) 11:10, 10 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Biased editing.

[edit]

Hey @Binglebarry, I've noticed a pattern in your recent edits, particularly on the Adhi'adeye and Tuulo Samakaab pages, in which you referred to SSC-Khaatumo as a clan militia and also associated them with Al Shabaab.

I've also noticed that you are consistently undoing updates related to territorial changes despite the inclusion of reliable sources.

Could you refrain from engaging in biased editing and vandalism? Sifeeye (talk) 23:13, 17 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This is not biased editing nor vandalism. I am here to correct certain pages that have contradictions and mistakes. If you want an equivalence of credible to a source I can give you social media pages that back my claims. Binglebarry (talk) 02:03, 19 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Changing SSC-Khaatumo forces to Clan militia or Al Shabaab forces is editing with bad faith. Sifeeye (talk) 02:52, 19 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, they are a clan miltia as said by their own leader aka a garaad of Ddulbahante and other minorities only made up of the Darood clan of Somalia. Again I am here to rest my intital claim which was "This is not biased editing nor vandalism. I am here to correct certain pages that have contradictions and mistakes. If you want an equivalence of credible to a source I can give you social media pages that back my claims." And yes they are allied with Al shabab militants as seen in Las'Anod a AS officer inside LA after JLS forces pulled out. Remember "If you want an equivalence of credible to a source I can give you social media pages that back my claims." Binglebarry (talk) 05:17, 20 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Yamaha Viking

[edit]

Hello Binglebarry,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Yamaha Viking for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

As per consensus on the Somali civil war map which shows the region to be under Puntland. The content's of the articles also mentions a heavy presence of Puntland. I have multiple sources where I refrain from using biased(government owned) sources. Replayerr (talk) 14:57, 7 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
