However, as a general rule, talk pages such as Talk:Emo are for discussion related to improving the article, not general discussion about the topic. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Please do not use talk pages such as Talk: Emo for general discussion of the topic. They are for discussion related to improving the article. They are not to be used as a forum or chat room. Please stop. If you continue to use talk pages such as Talk:Emo for inappropriate discussion, you may be blocked. Your comments are completely incomprehensible; it is impossible to discern if they have anything to do with discussion of how to improve the Wikipedia article on emo. You go on about things like hacking and "dual dot pull comparisons" and "webcrawls"...this is an article about a musical style/genre, not about whatever technical computer/internet terminology you are trying to use. You also accuse me of being part of "the wikipedia wiki movement sysop control co-op derission faction"...I have no idea what that's supposed to mean, but it's not very civil. Talk pages are for discussion of how to improve the article only; they are not for your own commentary on what you think about the style, people who listen to it, or people who edit the article. --IllaZilla (talk) 02:04, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you continue to use talk pages such as Talk:Emo for inappropriate discussions you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. As I have pointed out multiple times, the article talk page is explicitly not "allocated for conversation about Who is Emo, and who is not". Wikipedia is not a chat room or a forum. It is an encyclopdia, and talk pages are explicitly for discussing improvements to the encyclopedia and its articles. This is nothing of the sort. Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment.
