Hi, just to say there was a problem during the last 12 hours with all sortable tables, so it wasn't anything you were doing wrong but the whole interface. NtheP (talk) 07:40, 25 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

ESPN's College GameDay Page[edit]

Nice work creating the table and breaking-out host sites. We had been working on doing the exact same thing very soon. You beat us to it, thank you. We've reached a detente on the color balance and schemes. Pink is simply not appropriate, in any shade or by any name, (including light coral) for any college football conference in America. Were it a coed sport you might have a leg to stand on, but it is not. I hope you will continue to update the table in a timely manner. Also, if you are so inclined, another table, or perhaps even an additional column on the table you have already created, to denote actual appearances totals, as a visiting team, would be a good add to that page. If you are not inclined to tackle such an endeavor/addition, please let me know and we will continue with our plans to add that break-out as well. For an example, you might want to view the College World Series page. Best regards. --Scrooster (talk) 02:17, 16 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Proposal to start a women's basketball task force[edit]

I'm very interested in improving coverage of women's basketball. I thought briefly about forming a Wikiproject, but while researching, realized that a task force would be ideal. There are two major advantages of a task force over a Wikiproject. First is that the task force can leave some of the bureaucracy to the parent Wikiproject. Second, and possibly more important, is that a task force can have more than one parent Wikiproject. While WikiProject Basketball is an obvious parent, so is WikiProject Women's sport, and the task force may be able to draw from both.

According to this process for starting a task force, the first thing to do is gather consensus, so I am sending this to some editors who have been active in editing relevant articles. If there is sufficient interest, I'll take a first stab at filling out the task force template and creating a draft task force page.

At this point, all I need is an answer to two questions:

  1. I would (or would not) be interested in being part of a task force to improve the coverage of women's basketball
  2. I think a different approach would be better (followed by alternative).--SPhilbrick(Talk) 11:56, 26 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia:WikiProject Basketball/Women's basketball has been created. I haven't yet added it to the Wikiproject pages, but will do that, however, I wanted to let you know it exists, and has some suggested tasks.SPhilbrick(Talk) 19:21, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Revert[edit]

Hello, Belmontian! I am undoing an edit to Port Wing, Wisconsin because people are generally only included on notable people lists when they have their own Wikipedia article. It's nice to see that you referenced it. However, the reference is from the roster on the schools web site so I don't believe that it is sufficient. It's nice to see all the hard work you are doing here on WP! Happy editing.... Dolotta (talk) 16:33, 15 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for December 23[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Data Resources Inc., you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Lexington. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 05:57, 23 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
