I saw your request for the photo to be updated for David Popovici. If you have the rights to upload the image to Wikimedia, and legitimately assign open release rights for the photograph to be used here, then please do so at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:UploadWizard and request for the image to be added to the page on Talk:David Popovici (Do not edit the article yourself).
Note, that if the photograph is not your own work, it is unlikely that the file can be uploaded to Wikipedia; just because you have permission to use the image in media, that's a long way from meeting Wikipedia's requirements for the photograph to be made freely available for anyone to use or alter without attribution. If you were to take your own photo, and upload it you would be entirely free to do so under an open license and then the photograph could be used in the article.
