Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to Category:Bhartendu Academy of Dramatic Arts Alumni. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalized, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Alxeedo TALK 18:10, 27 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Bhartendu Academy of Dramatic Arts Alumni requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. A tag has been placed on Bhartendu Academy of Dramatic Arts Alumni, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing no content to the reader. Please note that external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article don't count as content. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. -- PhantomSteve (Contact Me, My Contribs) 11:59, 2 September 2009 (UTC) Do not remove this notice - if you want to contest this proposed deletion, add the {{hangon}} tag below the {{db-content}} tag, and then put your reasons for why the page should be kept on the article's talk page. -- PhantomSteve (Contact Me, My Contribs) 11:59, 2 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add non encyclopedic material to articles. The same goes for turning an article into a directory. You may want to also read WP:SEEALSO. Vegaswikian (talk) 08:33, 14 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism and are immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop. Regarding edits made during September 14 2009 (UTC)[edit]

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Oniongas (talk) 09:47, 14 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you will be blocked from editing. Problems include re adding material properly removed along with references and refusing to listen to comments here from several users and your failure to address the edit comments by others and removing valid requests for citations on claims. In addition, you probably have a conflict of interest and are in violation of WP:OWN. Vegaswikian (talk) 18:08, 15 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You have been temporarily blocked from editing for persistent vandalism. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below; but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first.

File copyright problem with File:Bna b+ve.jpg[edit]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading File:Bna b+ve.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. ww2censor (talk) 14:55, 22 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:Bna b+ve.jpg[edit]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Bna b+ve.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 14:55, 22 September 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 14:55, 22 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Possibly unfree File:B.positive logo.jpg[edit]

A file that you uploaded or altered, File:B.positive logo.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files because its copyright status is unclear or disputed. If the file's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the file description page. You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. --Skier Dude (talk 02:23, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Bhartendu Bhawani.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Bhartendu Bhawani.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 10:06, 18 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article B-Positive has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

WP:Notability concerns

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on R N Dash requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://cineyatra.in/extra-info. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. – Thjarkur (talk) 19:18, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Aycharumann, if you do decide to recreate this article, remember to use independent sources that contain significant coverage of Dash. Passing interviews aren't enough to demonstrate notability. – Thjarkur (talk) 19:21, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Releasing your work as available for reprint here[edit]

Hello Aycharumann, since we can never verify who is writing here, we have to assume that the text is copyrighted. In almost all cases the editor was not actually the author but was just copy-pasting material he found online. If you want to republish material here, you can see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. You can for example add "This article is licensed under the CC BY-SA 3.0 License" on your website.

Do however note that your website is not an independent source and probably not reliable by Wikipedia's standards, and that you have a conflict of interest regarding Dash. See our guidelines for editors with a conflict of interest, one should submit such articles through Articles for Creation. Remember to summarize secondary sources.

Unreliable sources[edit]

Chidiakhana(Film) moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Chidiakhana(Film), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, Aycharumann. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Chidiakhana, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. You wrote in Commons:Commons:Deletion requests/File:CK N.jpg that you hold copyright on a film poster. This confirms your conflict of interest with the film. 217.127.250.215 (talk) 17:04, 19 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
