A tag has been placed on Iiir, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of Iiir and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Matty (talk) 07:11, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion template removal[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Matty (talk) 07:56, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest[edit]

If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:
  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors;
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam); and,
  4. avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for businesses. For more details about what, exactly, constitutes a conflict of interest, please see our conflict of interest guidelines. Thank you. Matty (talk) 08:39, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Independent International Investment Research, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. UltraMagnus (talk) 10:23, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Matty (talk) 11:29, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Copy from article talk page (Please read, this explains why your article was deleted for a third time)[edit]

From what i've read here it doesn't look like you've even read the policy that resulted in your aticle being deleted twice in the past. Please read Wikipedia:Verifiability, Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion#G11, Wikipedia:Spam, Wikipedia:Notability, Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, and our frequently asked questions for businesses. If you think that the article still warrants an encyclopedic entry after reading those policies, then we can discuss it here. Thank you, Matty (talk) 11:29, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you need any more information, or would like help re-creating your article please contact me on my talk page and we can discuss the issue further. Please also add some reliable sources indicating the articles explicit notability to help us along further. I hope you are not put off by what must seem a rather confusing matter, but we must have very strict inclusion rules. As said before, please contact me on my talk page if you have any questions whatsoever. Matty (talk) 11:32, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you use Wikipedia for advertising, as you did with Independent International Investment Research, you will be blocked from editing. This time is really the last warning. This is wasting editors time, you've been shown whats wrong with the article and you have not improved it, merely recreated it without change. I understand you want to promote your company, but please be aware of all the policies other editors have tried to inform you about. If you recreate the page again, purely to advertise your company, it will be deleted and you may be blocked for disruption. Please don't let it come to that, i've offered to help you. Contact me on my talk page or via email (which can be found on my user profile) if you would like help recreating the article. Thank you. Matty (talk) 08:56, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Help[edit]

Hi, thank you for contacting me. Alright, i'll explain. The article you created falls under the criteria for speedy deletion G7, heres a link (WP:CSD#G7. What this means is that the article does not explain why the company is notable or significant. A company is deemed notable if it has recieved significant coverage from uninvolved secondary sources. The sources must be reliable, non-trivial, and independent of the subject. They must also state why the company is notable (notable in the sense of the wikipedia policy, not in the sense that they do not matter - all companies do, including yours). Think of it like this, would you expect to open up a paper encyclopedia and expect an entry of your company in there? Wikipedia should not be used to promote and advertise the existance of your company, and your repetive re-adding of the article seems to suggest that is your intention. I'm not accusing you of anything and i'm sorry if it sounds that way, just merely stating what I see. If you can find multiple non trivial reliable sources indicating the importance of your company in keeping with Wikipedia:Notability then your article will have a pretty good chance of survival. You may also wish to read Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies) - it has some useful information in there. Thank you for your contributions, and i'm willing to help. Matty (talk) 09:42, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The explanation here and the ones above seem to be pretty comprehensive to me. Thanks --Herby talk thyme 11:58, 23 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

I have blocked you from editing based on this spam report, it is apparent that this account is used only for advertising or promotion and that you have abused multiple accounts in order to promote your business. It is possible that you may be able to persuade an administrator to block one of your accounts if you can give a credible undertaking not to repeat the offending behaviour and convince them that you want to work to the benefit of the encyclopaedia rather than your company.
