I have read what you wrote on the talk page, but Wikipedia does not want to have two articles on the same subject, particularly if one has a mis-spelled title ("Artey" for "Artery"}.

I do not see anything in what you wrote that adds to the existing article at Posterior interosseous artery, but if you have anything to add to that article you are welcome to edit it, first reading WP:Verifiability and making sure to cite a reliable source for your additions.
