Disruptive editing

[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to Serbs, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at the welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you.--Zoupan 17:47, 19 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I repeat for the last time, do not repeat your disruptive editing. That data is present in Genetic studies on Serbs, which is linked in the ethnography section. The various theories on the ethnonym is present at Names of Serbs and Serbia, which is, again, linked in that section.--Zoupan 23:25, 6 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits

[edit]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 02:41, 7 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

[edit]
This message contains important information about an administrative situation on Wikipedia. It does not imply any misconduct regarding your own contributions to date.

Please carefully read this information:

The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding the Balkans, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.

Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.

Further notice: You have been engaging in disruptive tendentious editing at Serbs. If you continue, you will very likely be banned from the topic area. Fut.Perf. 09:52, 7 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Future Perfect at Sunrise: He continues.--Zoupan 20:44, 8 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by adding your personal analysis or synthesis into articles, as you did at Serbs, you may be blocked from editing. --Zoupan 22:45, 11 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]
Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Serbs shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Topic ban

[edit]

Because of your ongoing edit-warring on Serbs you are now topic-banned from making any edits related to Serbs or Serbia, in either discussions or article edits, for a period of 6 months. This will be logged under WP:AC/DSL according to the discretionary sanctions rule referenced above. Fut.Perf. 19:27, 12 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Future Perfect at Sunrise: breached.--Zoupan 05:50, 6 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Aryanprince, you have been blocked for 1 week for breach of your topic ban. Fut.Perf. 21:29, 6 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Barek. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Snow, but you didn't provide a reliable source.
