Proposed deletion of Okeke Emeka Emmanuel

The article Okeke Emeka Emmanuel has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:BASIC as he is not in news, neither is his creation friendlite.com. Customized "Google Nigeria"(www.google.com.ng) search also doesn't show any result.
