Foreign Wiki editors put into consideration inclusion of news personalities into their respective networks' wiki articles under this criteria
1. News personalities have a Wikipedia article, and 2. Has reliable sources about them.
In this light, foreign admins have removed sections with news reporters not having a Wikipedia article about them. As in the case of CNN Philippines News and Current Affairs fellow users have repeatedly reinstated the sections containing the local stringers which are in violation of notability guidelines. I am the user "AwesomeWikisAreTheBest". I just don't log in as I forgot my pincode and don't have a email address. I edit Wikipedia for good purposes (undoing vandalism, fixing misspellings, putting good things in the sandbox, adding info, and writing to a admin or sysop who thinks I vandalized Wikipedia.
