Rowspans[edit]

Please stop trying to "merge" entries in filmography tables by using these. Such a use has been discouraged for quite some time. Inserting rowspans there will hinder accessibility (makes them harder to sort through). The tables shown at WP:FILMOGRAPHY show what we should do instead. A tag has been placed on User:Angus.thom requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, and/or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia is not a free web hosting service. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Hello, Angus.thom. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Worst Episode Ever".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. CptViraj (📧) 12:13, 11 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

July 2019[edit]

Information icon Please do not use styles that are unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Phil Hartman. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Please do not introduce use of 'rowspan' in tables that is contrary to MOS:ACCESS, and thus disadvantages our text-to-speech readership. That is especially true at a WP:FA like this one. Thank you. --IJBall (contribstalk) 03:00, 23 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use disruptive, inappropriate or hard-to-read formatting, as you did at List of works by David Hasselhoff, you may be blocked from editing. There is a Wikipedia Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Your continued use of rowspan in tables is now disruptive, as you've already been warned twice about this. If you don't stop doing this, you may be blocked for it. --IJBall (contribstalk) 15:50, 23 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

May 2020[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits, such as your recent edits to Stephen Merchant, as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Adding height information to an infobox is not a minor edit, and is it also not appropriate information to include unless related to the article subject's notability ("If person was notable for their height, or if height is relevant"). Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 03:00, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
