July 2020[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Newslinger. I noticed that you recently removed content from Jai Shri Ram without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. — Newslinger talk 07:20, 31 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Controversial topic area alert[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

July 2020[edit]

Please stop attacking other editors, as you did on Talk:Ram Janmabhoomi. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. — Newslinger talk 07:33, 31 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Wiki Bias[edit]

Hi! I noticed that you have been a victim of the usual left-wing ganging that takes place on Wikipedia. Next time, if such things happen, kindly let me know by leaving a message on my talk page. Parlebourbon3 (talk) 10:18, 31 July 2020 (UTC) Parlebourbon3 (talk) 10:18, 31 July 2020 (UTC) Parlebourbon3 (talk) 10:18, 31 July 2020 (UTC) Parlebourbon3 (talk) 10:18, 31 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Comment: @Parlebourbon3: Kindly see WP:NPOV and using terms like left-wing ganging ain't a good idea. You are very new here and aren't even WP:XCON yet. So, instead of telling other users to let you know about left-wing ganging you should probably focus on editing and getting to know WP's policies. Thank you! Also, after going through Andiefreude19 I found out that the user who reverted the edit is an experienced sysop and the revert was well explained with a link to the policy as well so, the chances of the sysop in question being biased in any manner look nil. Wiki bias has even come up in the news also. What I edited wasn't biased at all and even cited an article from a left group media outlet namely Scroll. You're making people question the very credibility of Wikipedia. Andiefreude19 (talk) 19:32, 31 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
