The reason behind geolocate to the exact same area seems to be because the article Nepal Institute for International Cooperation and Engagement relates to the organization from Nepal. Also, username you mentioned Nimesh Babu Oli also seems to be from Nepal and he seems to have publicly announced conflict of interest for the article.

The reason for long gap in my editing history is due to change in career in the recent year. As it has been a long time since I was actively editing in wikipedia and first time being on the investigation for Sockpuppet, can you please help me on what should I do to close the investigation? @RoySmith AmRit GhiMire "Ranjit" 05:47, 9 July 2021 (UTC)
