License tagging for File:Tourist-Maranjab-kashan.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Tourist-Maranjab-kashan.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 10:06, 18 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Tourist-Maranjab-kashan.jpg. However, it is currently missing information on its copyright and licensing status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can verify that it has an acceptable license status and a verifiable source. Please add this information by editing the image description page. You may refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation.

ATTENTION: This is an automated, BOT-generated message. This bot DID NOT nominate your file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 03:00, 27 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Doug Weller. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Dhul-Qarnayn, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Doug Weller talk 16:35, 30 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You should not add your views to sourced text

[edit]

All sourced text must be justified by the source. You've been adding what seems to be your view to sourced text, contradicting the source. You really must stop if you don't want to be blocked. Doug Weller talk 16:38, 30 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

More on your edits

[edit]

When translating from another Wikipedia you need to follow WP:HOWTRANS. I've made some comments at WP:FTN#Dhul-Qarnayn. Read WP:NPOV very carefully please. And WP:RS as well as WP:VERIFY. "The problem with this is that Firstly, "the king who owned graet land is only Alexander the Great" is unacceptable, because such a claim is not accurate, as history refers to other kings who If they had not had more territory than Alexander the great they hadn't had less for example cyrus the great is recorded to had formed the greatest territorial empire on face of the earth; and secondly, the attributes that the Qur'an listed for Zul-Qarnayn are not recorded in history as definitive for Alexander, but rather the opposite." is what we call original research and isn't allowed (note that the Persian Wiki may have different rules). If it was a quote from an academic we could use it as a quote with attribution to the author. This discussion would be better at the FTN page or Talk:Dhul-Qarnayn so that others can see it. Your draft article, Draft:Book of alexander

[edit]

Hello, Aminamin1. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Book of alexander".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 17:43, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
