Amerime

[edit]

First off, Wikipedia is not for advertising. The amerime article deals with American-based anime-style animation. If you were going to advertise, you picked the wrong page (should have picked Amerimanga). Second, Wikipedia is not for advertising. If you wish to discuss your works, you will have to create articles about your company and its works, not linkspam other articles.

For the record, I'm quite aware of your company and what it does. If you'll note on my user page, I'm trying to get an amerimanga published myself. But here, I have to act as a Wikipedia editor, and that means removing links that have no bearing on the article. My recommendation is to create an article about your company and individual pages about your series. But other companies have done the linkspam route and it's always ended up setting off other editors.

Perhaps I came down too hard, and if so, I apologize. But I can honestly say that your company isn't the first one that has done what you did, and has made a mess of things as a result. Your best bet is what I outlined above. If you need assistance with that, please let me know.--み使い Mitsukai 05:03, 11 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Americanime

[edit]

For information on your company, if you would like, give me the info and I'll write the article. This way you can avoid autobio rules. Place the basic information in my sandbox, and I'll go ahead and clean it up.

As for finding someone to hire, that may be a bit more difficult. You may wish to ask someone at the Anime and manga or comics groups to see if someone can help you in that endeavor.

Lastly, I'm not the artist, just the writer. However, I will talk with my wife (the artist) and see about submitting. We actually had your company on our list of publishers to hunt down, and what your company has in mind seems interesting.

On a side note, I would like to also mention in addition to working on an animerimanga, I'm also Director of Programming for the Anime USA anime convention, so if you need a contact for the convention, please let me know.--み使い Mitsukai 05:59, 11 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for the delay in response. I'm still willing to do the article, and will contact you tonight in regards to that. I will also be contacting you at your email address in regards to other things (such as AUSA info and such). Again, apologies for the delay. Rob --み使い Mitsukai 20:17, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
