A tag has been placed on My bag hanger, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from My bag hanger, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. TeapotgeorgeTalk 11:14, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself, as you did with My bag hanger. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. JamesBWatson (talk) 11:44, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Handbag hook

[edit]

A handbag hook is a hook meant to temporarily secure a handbag to a table. The handbag hook is used by women to avoid putting their handbags on the floor when out in social places such as a restaurant or a bar. The handbag hook is also used at the work place when used to hook a handbag to a desk. Handbag hooks have been available since the 1920s. Queen Elizabeth II is said to employ an S-shaped butcher hook to hang her handbags on tables. The queen also uses her handbag to indicate codes to her staff.

There are four types of Handbag hooks available.

  1. The original L style type with a circular pad and a rigid bent wire.
  2. The link type with circular pad and a set links that either wrap around the pad or make a "hook",
  3. A spring closing bracelet type
  4. A twisting ring type
  5. The original L style type with a circular pad and a rigid bent wire with bluetooth technology.
