ATP and ketosis

Hi Alex, Thanks for the addition to the ATP article. I think you might have placed it in the wrong section, since it's above the glycolysis regulation section. I've actually moved it down to the bottom of those sections, since I think it is the least common ATP generation mechanism of those listed. Does that seem reasonable?
