I've removed your contribution to Avatar: The Last Airbender (upcoming TV series) as irrelevant; even if there is a controversy about this particular actor's heritage, it's not relevant to the show, as the Southern Water Tribe, to which the character belongs, is not based on the Cherokee people, but is a fictional construct based loosely on the Inuit and Sireniki cultures. However, adding this material does not improve the encyclopedia, which requires information to be verifiable from reliable sources; see WP:V.
