Just in case this article gets deleted before you read the note on the talk page; I think notability can be demonstrated, but what's needed is verifiable information about the albums, like their name, the information about the record company that released them, etc., and references that would allow people to verify the details of their cross-country tour. That information should be in the form of reliable sources (click the link for details). If the article gets deleted and you feel you can provide this information, leave me a note by clicking on the word "talk" after my signature, remind me of the name of the article, and I'll retrieve the deleted contents for you to work on. Let me know if you have any questions or problems (following the links in this paragraph would be a good start). Accounting4Taste:talk 00:53, 16 December 2009 (UTC)
- I've done a big copy edit on the article (to try to bring it more in line with other Wikipedia articles; I'm sure much of the stuff I cut was interesting, but the key point is that you cannot prove any of it from third-party sources) and added a couple of references, which are the key thing; you can use the references I've added as a guide to show you how to do it. You would be in the best position to have access to articles in newspapers, magazines, zines et cetera and so you need to dig up this stuff and tell people exactly where it is. The only thing that is really useful is stuff that is NOT written by the band or its members but published about the band -- reviews of the tours, reviews in music magazines of the albums, interviews with band members, that kind of thing. What is NOT useful is stuff from a PR agency. I note that at least one of the labels that released an album seems to be out of business, but there must be other stuff that can be found. Let me know if you need further help. Right now the article is on the brink of being notable -- I won't take the speedy tag off yet, but it's getting there -- but it needs a few more references and you are pretty much the only person that can provide them.
