After Patna Metropolitan Region was deleted as a copyright issue, you were told above some very important things:

That copying from most sources is against our rules.

That if copying from other articles on Wikipedia, you have to say which one.

But you created the article again with content copied from other articles and worse, from the external site you originally copied. For example, you added this:

I have come to know that using copyrighted items is illegal and can cause legal problems to wikipedia.
