This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Debapriya Bhattacharya, and it appears to be a substantial copy of http://www.cpd-bangladesh.org/about/ed.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 21:48, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

Welcome

Welcome!
Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:

  • Respect intellectual property rights - do not copy and paste text or images directly from other websites.
  • Maintain a neutral point of view when editing articles - this is possibly the most important Wikipedia policy.
  • If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
  • Do not add troublesome content to any article, such as: copyrighted text, advertising or promotional messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject. Adding such information or otherwise editing articles maliciously is considered vandalism, doing so will result your account being blocked from editing.

The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! ˉˉanetode╦╩ 22:07, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of Debapriya Bhattacharya

A tag has been placed on Debapriya Bhattacharya requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later." You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. fschoenm (talk) 22:15, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

The Spy Who Loved Me(computer game)

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article The Spy Who Loved Me(computer game), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of The Spy Who Loved Me(computer game). ukexpat (talk) 18:24, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

Personal information removal

Hi Ravi, I've edited your userpage and I have removed some personal information from it. Since you are a minor it is generally not a good idea to give your personal contact details out to random people on the internet. If you like I can help you to improve the design of your userpage. I hope you understand my edit, and I look forward to hearing if you need any help. I'll watch your userpage, so feel free to respond here. It's also a good idea to talk to your parents about what kind of personal information you should or should not make public on the internet. Take care! JACOPLANE • 2008-01-24 22:55

Hi Ravi, thanks for your message, and thank you for the compliment about my userpage. I tend to keep most of my personal details private, and even though I don't mind telling you my age, everyone on the internet can read this page, so I would essentially be telling everyone in the world. Since you are young, it's important to also think about this, and especially to talk to your parents about these kinds of issues. I hope you enjoy being a Wikipedian, and if there's ever anything I can assist you with regarding editing articles please don't hesitate to ask. Regards, JACOPLANE • 2008-01-24 23:22

Some changes to your userpage

I apologize sincerely for the intrusion, but I've removed some personally identifiable information from your userpage. AfD nomination of Treehouse of Horror XIX

An editor has nominated Treehouse of Horror XIX, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Treehouse of Horror XIX and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 17:29, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

regarding this article: I'm not a geometrist or someone who has to deal with programming using cartesian coordinates too often, but I do have a basic understanding of maths and a slightly better understanding of programming, and as far as I can tell the article is not 'worthless'. Wikipedia is not a paper encyclopaedia, and the article seems to be a slightly myopic view of a real and useful technique. If you do think the article's without merit, by all means AFD it with a rationale. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.72.67.82 (talk) 20:05, 5 February 2008 (UTC)

AfD nomination of Now That's What I Call Music 26 (N.Z. series)

I have nominated Now That's What I Call Music 26 (N.Z. series), an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Now That's What I Call Music 26 (N.Z. series). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. fschoenm (talk) 20:21, 5 February 2008 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to Dominic Greene, without good reason. They need to have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. We have some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Also, if a page move is being discussed, consensus needs to be reached before anybody moves the page. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. fschoenm (talk) 22:32, 5 February 2008 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of Wayne Cramp

A tag has been placed on Wayne Cramp requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Orphaned non-free media (Image:007 - Nightfire Coverart.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:007 - Nightfire Coverart.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot (talk) 01:16, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:DALTONGUNBBAREL..JPG

Thanks for uploading Image:DALTONGUNBBAREL..JPG. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 21:31, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Logo of tree safetyy parkhill.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 11:09, 19 February 2008 (UTC)

Another editor has added the {{prod}} template to the article Parkhill Junior School, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Orphaned non-free media (Image:250px-Screenshotsdbztvspecial2 011.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:250px-Screenshotsdbztvspecial2 011.jpg.

Thank you. BJBot (talk) 18:26, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did to Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi (series). Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Lord Sesshomaru (talkedits) 19:03, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

Doesn't matter, you contributed to the unsourced content. Lord Sesshomaru (talkedits) 19:37, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

Blatant vandal

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to User:Tintor2, are considered vandalism and immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Lord Sesshomaru (talkedits) 02:49, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

Warning

I have unblocked you, believing that you'd be able to contribute constructively to Wikipedia; since then, your conduct hasn't been very good.

  • You really shouldn't edit other users' user pages without a good reason. Correcting of simple typos (or formatting errors, etc.) is probably acceptable; but "I am teenage" instead of "I am a teenager" is not an error. Also, don't wikify random words on user pages. If the user hasn't wikified it, he probably has a reason not to.
  • As for contributing to articles, please have a look at the basic policies and guidelines. Especially:

If you are not sure what to do, or in case of a major change that may be controversial (or may result in a suspicion of vandalism), please consult it at the article talk page first.

Hello. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary. Thank you. Hi, how are you doing?

I was reviewing your edits on the DBZ articles and I noticed that you often miss the edit summaries. I would advice you to please use them as they help other editors in identifying your intentions. Thank You.  UzEE  12:51, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Citizendium. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. fschoenm (talk) 17:59, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Citizendium, you will be blocked from editing. Lord Sesshomaru (talkedits) 20:28, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

Image source problem with Image:Dragonball rj.jpg

Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:Dragonball rj.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 23:18, 22 February 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Lord Sesshomaru (talkedits) 23:18, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

Blocked

I am afraid I have blocked your account for a month for disruption and abuse of sockpuppet accounts; the accounts Laxfox620 (talk · contribs) and JuangM (talk · contribs) indefinitely. See my leniency: I am still assuming the the articles you have created weren't hoaxes, but rather future shows about which nothing else is known - see the policy that Wikipedia is not a crystal ball (otherwise, I would have permanently blocked you as well). On the other hand, your edits to Citizendium clearly were vandalism; even if you don't know that wikifying every instance of a name, and of dates, isn't considered useful, you have no excuse for changing the site's Alexa rank to a nonsense value.

In any case, further abuse, disruption, or use of sockpuppet accounts will result in your account being blocked indefinitely as well. Consider yourself warned. - Mike Rosoft (talk) 11:51, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

Request reason:

Sock Puppet accounts? I didn't do anything. I'm innocent. I did not do anything. This is all a misunderstanding. Unblock me. This is all wrong and MISUNDERSTOOD. Your sockpuppets thing is all messed up. YOUR BLOCKING SOMEONE FOR DOING NOTHING. THIS IS ALL WRONG. ALL WRONG. I AM APPAULED AND SHOCKED!

Decline reason:

You have clearly engaged in sockpuppetry. And given that you did not include a single reference in your article on Dragon Ball RJ, I am inclined to believe that is indeed a hoax. You are free to request another unblock but please do not do so without providing some independent and reliable source for the existence of Dragon Ball RJ (see WP:RS). If you are able to do so, it would lend some little credence to your claim of innocence. — Yamla (talk) 14:48, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Note: You can't force administrators to unblock you, and being aggressive in your unblock request title is not going to get you anywhere. Any admin will decide, but I am just noting. --The Helpful One (Review) 13:13, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

Yes but I didn't do anything. Mike rosoft is saying i used sock puppet accounts which i did not. Agent007ravi (talk) 13:14, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

Unblock information

Guys, I was not using sockpuppets. this is all wrong. it was all someone else. i am innocent. Agent007ravi (talk) 13:19, 23 February 2008 (UTC) I got framed or something but it WAS NOT ME! Agent007ravi (talk) 13:19, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

(edit conflict with section below) I originally indef blocked you a month ago - when you eventually were unblocked you commented that you would both mend your ways and that you had a secure pc. All I note subsequently is warnings and complaints, and now you are saying it is someone else and you are being framed. In my opinion rather than be unblocked you should have the tariff changed to indefinite - you have exhausted the chance given you - in which case I suggest you serve out the duration of the block and then really try to change your habits. Unblock declined, although I welcome a further review as I may be considered as biased. LessHeard vanU (talk) 15:01, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

UNBLOCK INFORMATION 2

This other guy made dragon ball rj. I was just cleaning it up. and i have not engaged in sock puppetry.

Agent007ravi (talk) 14:56, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

  • Indeed the article Dragon Ball RJ has been created by MangaRJ (talk · contribs) (now blocked); however, you have been previously creating and editing articles about upcoming movies and TV shows and episodes. At best, your information was badly written and unreferenced; at worst, it was completely made up. This makes me doubt your claim that this article wasn't your work.

Wikipedia articles are supposed to be factual, and information in them should cite appropriate references (see the policy of verifiability and guidelines on what constitutes a reliable source.) - Mike Rosoft (talk) 18:07, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

But can i be unblocked, i did not do anything about sock puppets Agent007ravi (talk) 18:12, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

  • Reviewing the deleted history of the article Dragon Ball RJ, it seems to me that you are probably a different person than the article's creator. And I wouldn't really call it a hoax; rather, it seems to be a fan-made series. And you, MangaRJ (talk · contribs), and perhaps JuangM (talk · contribs) (unless he's he same person as you) seem to be its creators. (Fan-made works generally aren't appropriate topics for an encyclopedia article; not unless there's clear evidence of notability using non-trivial third-party references).

Now how do you explain some of the rest of your edits? What references do you have for the plot you have written for Treehouse of Horror XIX, or The Thomas Crown Affair 2? It seems that the information you have posted to these articles was either unverifiable and unreferenced, or even blatantly false. - Mike Rosoft (talk) 18:44, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

The Thomas Crown Affair 2 i got from IMDB, but i forgot to source it. Treehouse of horror xix i made up lol i was stupid then, but JuangM and MangaRJ arent me. Agent007ravi (talk) 18:56, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

  • Once more about Dragon Ball RJ: Juang Mayal (the claimed author of the series) seems to be the user JuangM (talk · contribs). I have probably been giving him too much benefit of doubt; right now I'd say that the series isn't real, and rather that he (and perhaps the rest of you) came with the storyline himself (yourselves) - i.e. it's a non-notable work of fan fiction. And he doesn't seem to be a relative of Akira Toriyama, either; not only his name doesn't appear on any page that had anything to do with the artist, but he can't be found by Google at all. Am I wrong? - Mike Rosoft (talk) 19:03, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

The series is a hoax. But all I did was clean it up and then i typed in dragonball rj and i found this thing saying shrike saga, and stuff that goku jr and vegeta jr grow up and kill nappa jr and stuff. i think it is all fake. I dont know if Juang Mayal is a relative of Akira toriyama, i just cleaned the page up. your right, but i did not use sockpuppets Agent007ravi (talk) 19:06, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

One more question: how did you discover the article? You have started editing it four hours after it was created, and two hours after its creator stopped editing it. It would have been an amazing coincidence, don't you think so? - Mike Rosoft (talk) 19:26, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

I just typed in Dragon Ball, and it had loads of articles in a list. I saw Dragon Ball RJ and I clicked on it to see what it was Agent007ravi (talk) 19:28, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

On the article before i started editing it, there was loads of pictures, i put it in a animanga/anime table like dbz,db,dbgt has and the logo was to big for the picture box so i resized it to fit the box perfectly Agent007ravi (talk) 19:33, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

You have been answering my questions adequately, and I believe you are being sincere. On the other hand, you have indeed been disrupting Wikipedia by vandalizing articles and creating an inappropriate one. So I won't fully unblock you; however, I am shortening the block length to one week.

I hope that I am not going to regret this decision. Please note that my previous warning is still in effect: further abusive edits may result in you being immediately blocked again for an extended amount of time, perhaps indefinitely.Request handled by: - Mike Rosoft (talk) 19:43, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:150px-YoungPiccolo.JPG

Thanks for uploading Image:150px-YoungPiccolo.JPG.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it may be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 06:26, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
