Wikipedia articles are not reliable sources to be used for other articles...and even so, where in the World record progression 200 metres individual medley article does it say anything about Reingold's religion or heritage? —C.Fred (talk) 21:28, 13 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

No, you cannot use yourself as a reference; Wikipedia does not allow original research. The information would have to come from a published source.
