Please don't put copyrighted images into articles, as you did at Helen Winkelmann. The site you linked to clearly says that the content is copyrighted and cannot be used for commercial purposes. That makes it unavailable for use on Wikipedia without a fair-use rationale, which does not apply to pictures of living people.-gadfium 02:41, 4 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your email. You will need to amend the page at https://www.courtsofnz.govt.nz/publications/appointment-new-chief-justice to add text along the lines of "This photo is released under Creative Commons CC_BY (or CC-BY-SA) 4.0". You can see lots of material about acceptable licenses at Commons:Commons:Licensing. It may be possible to release the photo under such a license without changing the web page. On the licensing page I just linked to, just above the table of contents, there's an instruction to send an email to confirm your right to release the image. I'm not part of the chain which deals with such emails, so I can't help you further with that.-gadfium 04:10, 17 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
