Hello there. I believe you are talking about the article that was at Phil Gates. While the article was created in February 2014, in February 2015, a user proposed it for deletion because there were no sources provides (no evidence that anything there is actually true). I re-created the page at Draft:Phil Gates. Now, it's not "live" anymore (it wouldn't pass here) so you need to work on adding in references (independent reliable third-party sources are ideal) and you can submit that draft to get it posted again.
