Kirsty, please just stop this. If you think Galea is notable (now - he wasn't last time it was assessed, but if you think he is now more notable), use WP:AFC to try to create an article. However, trying to bully your way into adding his name to everything isn't OK and could result in your IP address being blocked. Please see WP:3RR - you may well be blocked if you add him again to Great Yarmouth, as you have already edit-warred more than 3 times on that.
