List of Academy Award winners moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, List of Academy Award winners, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia).

Also you are welcome to embark on a large project, and a list article can be published in incomplete for with the expectation of help from the community. But your proposed list article would have hundreds and possibly thousands of entries in its finished form, especially because you have introduced it as a list of winners in poorly-defined major categories. With just a smattering of entries in its current form, this article is to embryonic for publication in Wikipedia.

I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and is robust enough to attract community help, and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ---DOOMSDAYER520 (Talk|Contribs) 21:00, 19 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Moriwen. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Niaz Ahmad Akhtar, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. — Moriwen (talk) 20:54, 22 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
