Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Carey Lohrenz. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. The Washington Times fails WP:RS, particularly when used in an article about a living person. I doubt the source says affirmative action or that you read it. Find other sources, don't reinstate the claim without showing it has been made by several mainstream sources Doug Weller talk 11:46, 8 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
