Caste, ethnic and religious lists[edit]
Please note that people added to a caste-list, or any similar ethnic or religious list, such as Tamil Brahmin, must include a reference from a reliable source that show they are a member of that group.
Surnames, parentage, places of birth and any other indicators, are not acceptable "proof" of caste/community membership.
If they are alive, you should provide a reference from a reliable source where they self-identify as being members of the caste/community, as people who wish to disassociate themselves from the caste/community must NOT be included, as this contravenes WP:BLP
