If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to 1966 Minnesota Vikings season, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. Thanks! UW Dawgs (talk) 18:16, 2 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please review the section above. There is no consensus to include jersey numbers in these navboxes. You are welcome to change the consensus via discussion, SEE HERE. Your edit has been reverted as disruptive pending a change in consensus via discussion to include jersey numbers. You should discuss your view on that linked Talk page, to avoid all of your edits being reverted to the consensus treatment without jersey numbers. UW Dawgs (talk) 21:07, 2 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Specifically, you changed his 1982 team from the Chicago Bulls to the Milwaukee Bucks, and 1983~1984 team from the Golden State Warriors to the Dallas Mavericks, both of which are erroneous per his Basketball Reference profile UW Dawgs (talk) 15:58, 17 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Draft templates

[edit]

Thanks for trying to make draft templates but your edits are overwriting current templates. The proper process is to create the template at a different title. WikiOriginal-9 (talk) 00:50, 6 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

December 2016

[edit]

You have been repeatedly blocked for a multitude of reasons, most recently involving breaking sports templates.

Your most recent edits have presumed a template exists for each year of every NFL teams' drafts. They do not. Your edits have created references to templates which do not currently exist, such as:

So again, other editors will need to cleanup your edits. And these mistakes were easily avoided if you simply confirmed the templates existed before adding them to player pages, or used the Preview function before saving your edit.

As you continue to refuse to leave edit summaries or engage in Talk, you are likely to be blocked, again, since you appear unable or unwilling to collaborate with other editors. UW Dawgs (talk) 05:50, 2 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm MRD2014. I noticed that in this edit to 1986 Penn State Nittany Lions football team, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. —MRD2014 📞 contribs 14:23, 1 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
