This is not vandalism, it is being constructive in that the bias of the reports is very obvious and not citing anything other than one particular report. That is not scientific, nor constructive.
Furthermore, while there are multiple entries on wikipedia that state clearly that the articles are incomplete or lacking significant data sets, this one appears to be missing said items. From a supposed educational resource, the standards are incredibly poor here.
