Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Materialscientist (talk) 22:21, 11 October 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm DJAustin. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to Pierre Laporte— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. - If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
Original research and editorializing
[edit]Please don't add your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to C.H.U.D. in this edit. This is what we call [{WP:OR|original research]], and it is forbidden on Wikipedia. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 04:48, 14 July 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Roy Estrada. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continual disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. You put blatant misinformation in the Estrada lead on 7 Dec 2016: Estrada is not in California—easily learned with google search. You've made over 500 edits. You've been admonished on 4 occasions by other editors for similar behavior to the above. So, you're not a newbie. Your last 5 edits included 3 that added new 'information' without appropriate reference. One was WP:ALLEGED and a violation of WP:POV (now reverted). You need to familiarize yourself quickly with the guidelines to avoid stronger warnings and, possibly, sanctions. Regards, Tapered (talk) 02:54, 4 March 2018 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
