Regarding your edit summary on your latest edit to La Esperanza, Honduras, "... what a pity that wikipedia has a not very open policy": Wikipedia has a very open policy, but not so open that we allow people who already have a history of disruption and rule-breaking to continue in that manner forever. You've been blocked for your behavior, much of which is described at User talk:Honduras200010. You'll keep being blocked unless, some day, you decided to follow the procedures for appealing a block. However, because you have continued to break the rules right up until today (through your sockpuppetry, I'd be very surprised if anyone thought you would start acting in accordance with Wikipedia's guidelines if your block were removed. Regarding your next edit summary, "... it is not a vandalism edition": You are not allowed to edit. Every edit by you is a violation of Wikipedia's rules.
