Information icon Hello, I'm Doug Weller. I noticed that you recently removed content from Anti-Indian sentiment without adequately explaining why. Muslims and Hindus have been living peacefully and doing well in Bangladesh according to my own experience. I even had good Hindu relatives and friends and saw temples thriving near mosques, which were near churches in Barisal, a district of Bangladesh. Of course, I need to find an acceptable source for this truth, such as a news website, without which Wikipedia won't accept the edit. The policy sounds fair to me, I was just hurt to see the falsehood that seemed to suggest that Bangladeshis in general, have this anti-Hindu sentiment, which is not true at all. From now on, I will not edit anything in Wikipedia without first trying to cite an acceptable source. 118.179.19.160 (talk) 02:38, 7 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sure you're right about them living peacefully together at least in some part of Bangladesh. But does that mean that this is wrong? Indophobia, led to accusations of dual loyalty among Bangladeshi Hindus by right-wing Islamist extremist Bangladeshis [1][2][3]

We don't care what you know or what I know, we care about sources that meet WP:RS. I strongly suggest you bring sources to the article talk page. Doug Weller talk 16:13, 5 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Cultural depictions of Alexander the Great. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Doug Weller talk 08:41, 5 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You did the same at Theories about Alexander the Great in the Quran. Doug Weller talk 08:42, 5 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Alright, I get it, I made a mistake in not citing a source. What I said, does not have to wrong, but I see your main objection was that I didn't give any reference. Sounds fair to me. I will not try to edit anything from now on without first citing a valid source. 118.179.19.160 (talk) 02:22, 7 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
