December 2023

[edit]

Part of your edit at Domestication of vertebrates was reverted. In particular:

  • Dogs are not carnivores, but opportunistic omnivores, so your claim was factually wrong.
  • Even if it had been correct, the change to that image and caption was less relevant to the article, with is about domestication not domestication of carnivores in particular.
  • We do not capitalize words like "cats".
  • We do not link plurals to singular-titled articles by doing [[Dog|dogs]]; it it is done with [[dog]]s
  • We also do not link everyday words like "human" and "animal" most of the time, though I left them linked in this case because an argument can be made that they're particularly contextually important in the lead of this article. We definitely have no need to link words like "shepherd".
