[edit]Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that you made a change to an article, North Carolina Courage, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 08:41, 3 February 2017 (UTC)

Please do not add or delete content based on unreliable or unsourced speculation. We strain to be as accurate as possible, but if there is no source stating the status of team, then it is best to wait. For example, your edits about San Diego 1904 FC may be premature, as per their own phrasing, the are "finalizing an agreement to join the USL for 2019", which mean just what it says. Wait until the USL and the teams confirm as things can fall apart. As for California United FC, you are correct they will not be playing a 2018 season, although their amateur team United FC II will be in the UPSL. As of right now, United FC I still lists itself as a NASL member here and here. So unless there is a source otherwise, they are members of the NASL until if and when the NASL goes defunct or United FC states they are in a new league, independent, etc. Just because a league is not playing is not a valid reason for deletion. If you think differently, bring it to a talk page per WP:BRD instead of reverting. Thank you, Yosemiter (talk) 21:47, 27 February 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Los Angeles FC. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Walter Görlitz (talk) 03:43, 18 May 2018 (UTC)

Transfermarkt
[edit]Since much of its content is user-generated, Transfermarkt is not considered a reliable source. Please do not cite the website in articles, as you did with 2018 Los Angeles FC season. Thank you. Sir Sputnik (talk) 21:11, 22 July 2018 (UTC)
