About me

Yeah, I joined in June 2012 and have done a couple hundred edits since and created a few pages for some bands that were previously unmentioned on Wikipedia. Though I dislike the mainstream attitude of Wikipedia towards my creation of article entries for some obscure bands that I am trying to gather information on and add to Wikipedia, because, isn't that what Wikipedia is for? Anyhow, I'm happy to discuss mostly music related topics and hope to make some solid contributions.

Jacob Whatley (born February 22, 1997) is an English musician, student, and future businessman. He adopted the online pseudonym "Jacoblikesmetal" in 2012 and is using it on many sites. Possibly his most notable use of this name is on "Dragon Jacoblikesmetal", a now defunct and inactive Facebook page created in January 2013 for sharing dragon artwork.[1] However, as reclaiming the page is impossible without a manger, he now operates a new page created for his pseudonym "HellFire Dragon", this page is still active despite having his original HellFire Dragon Facebook account disabled, an error message is displayed when attempting to view his profile.[2][3] Since then he has created various other accounts and created a replacement profile for HellFire Dragon.

Besides creating pages, he is a rather well known Facebook roleplayer under many aliases, the most frequently used of those names is Jacob Hellflames, his preferred name over his original name, because of roleplaying.[4][5]

From 4th February he has been running two new Facebook pages, Awesome Dragons and his protest page Stop Banning Roleplayers, the latter aiming to stop Facebook from banning people who have roleplaying accounts and informing other roleplayers of fellow roleplayers who have recently been banned. From April 2014 to November 2014, the only active admin of the page was Jacob's friend Inge, who said he would continue posting on the page while he was away. Activity on the page has resumed intermittently since December 2014.

Spiritual and religious beliefs[edit]

Although not a member of an established religion, he considers himself to be a member of the otherkin community and believes that his true form is a fire dragon in human form and that he came from one of the dragon dimensions. I know that this may sound strange but I am not insane or trying to force this belief on anyone. What's important is having someone and something to believe in.

He has Asperger's Syndrome. In April 2014 he was told he no longer had ADHD and his medication for it stopped.

In September 2014 he will be staying on at 6th form for another year before he decides on a career. There are things I want to do, I just don't know how I will do it.

My hearts greatest desire is to find and meet true friends and find my soul mate.

What I do on Wikipedia[edit]

Generally, I like to create pages for bands previously unmentioned or to contribute to existing album pages that need additional info, I try to keep my sources reliable, though I don't agree with this "notability" policy on Wikipedia, with good sources, does it matter if they've sold 1 million or 10,000 records? Not in my opinion.

Oh, and I don't take kindly to people reverting edits that are actually necessary and useful to the wiki. Grow some brains...

What I think of people[edit]

Generally, I think most people are okay, unless I see them fighting or treating others badly for no other reason than the fact that they do not share the same opinion or belief as them I will dislike this person's behaviour because it is wrong to force an opinion on another person and I believe everyone should have free will with less tighter laws and more democratic and less elitist society. Remember this: it is very hard for me to ever hate a person, because only in exceptional circumstances will I dislike a person, generally, I like people, just not their behaviour, especially if they are arrogant with their rules or opinions, pride obsessed, confidence and money orientated and heartless, cheating and uncaring towards their friends.

After developing an interest in thrash metal, death metal and black metal, in 2013 Jacob began writing lyrics for his a black metal musical project under the pseudonym "Lucivras Jacobvras"[6][7] for which he plans to recruit more musicians and form a band. Latest brutal death metal ideas are for the project to be called Torn Flesh/Morbid Disfigurement, and the debut album to be called Mutilation of The Predator.[8][9] More ideas, including songs and lyrics for projects titled below are being written:
