Brandongo60: On the Signs and Symptoms section, the citation at the end of the paragraph is twice [9][9]. Good job changing endometriosis to adenomyosis. I think it would be great to add the word myometrium in the definition. You mention "outer muscular wall", maybe myometrium can be in parenthesis after. Others things to consider adding are that adenomyosis is endometriosis of the uterine muscle, and that it causes increased bleeding due to poor constriction of the vessels in the myometrium.

Everyone: The article could be more inclusive if you change the words women/woman to menstruating person or person/people when appropriate. For instance, "women with heavy menstrual bleeding" can just be people with heavy menstrual bleeding.
