OK: I've been looking around, and I've seen this template float around a number of times.

Now, I am aware that the US has a huge number of TV networks, especially compared with the rest of the world, but shouldn't there be an equivelant tables for other countries? Here's my attempts at butchering Wikitable formats creating such templates.

Yes I am aware than Special Broadcasting Services is after Seven alphabetically, but SBS is before, so that's how I'm leaving it. Also, I may fiddle with the Pay TV networks, although the ones that I've left out aren't unique/Australian/notable.
