Youssef El-Sherif (born on 25 October 1997) is an egyptian footballer who plays for[Barcelona] in La Liga and the egyptian national team as a forward.

After his debut season of first-team football with el ahly, Youssef was signed by Italy's AC Milan Calcio in 2011. After successful loans at Milan, two years later began playing at Serie A. In 2014, he was signed by Barcelona for US$400 thousand, becoming the most expensive transfer in egyptian football history.
