Joseph Shmuel Hallel Mitchell, born in Santa Monica Hospital on September 5, 2005, is a well-known figure in the Walworth Barbour American International School. Nicknamed as "Joey," "Joe Joe," "Yosi," and "Yosef," his versatility is already shown. The man is notable for his impressive multi-sport career. Through a full school year, he was able to play professional basketball (under the age of 16) and participate in multiple soccer tournaments/games: WBAIS Peace League, Anglican School Game, JHS Game and in terms of basketball, he has outperformed himself. With two practices and a game each week, he describes his life as "restless."

In an interview after his 12 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 assist performance, he stated: "I'm always hungry for more. The fact that I'm only able to grab eight rebounds is embarrassing in my perspective. I need to hustle even more out there. There isn't anything stopping me but my mindset; this applies to everyone on the JV Team. We need to have fire in our eyes, and hungry stomachs each time we hit the court. These eight rebounds need to turn into twenty, and the score should be a blowout, not a poor 51-36. Just saying, I'm coming for more."
